·疾病预防控制· 社区医疗机构癌症患者舒缓照护效果分析* 蒋申贞 ** 刘颖颜 （上海浦东新区迎博社区卫生服务中心上海 200125 ） 摘 要 目的 ：探讨分析社区医疗机构癌症患者舒缓照护效果 。方法 ：选择 2012 年 10 月 -2014 年 10 月接受临终治 疗的住院癌症患者 108 例，分为干预组 58 例和常规护理对照组 50 例，干预组根据 PPS 评分的不同阶段制定个性化护 理方案，对患者进行多层面的全面干预护理。比较两组患者及家属的满意度、生存质量、住院费用和急救次数。结果 ： 干预组患者和家属的满意度和生存质量得分高于对照组，而住院费用和急救次数则低于对照组。结论 ：社区医疗机构癌 症患者舒缓照护的实施能提高患者及家属满意度，提高患者的生存质量，降低住院费用及急救次数，值得推广。 关键词 癌症 舒缓照护 社区医疗机构 R48/R73 A 1006-1533 2015 12-0034-03 中图分类号 ： 文献标识码 ： 文章编号 ： （ ） Analysis of the effect of the palliative care for the cancer patients in the community medical institution JIANG Shenzhen, LIU Yinyan (Yingbo Community Health Service Centre of Pudong New District, Shanghai 200125, China) ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the effect of the palliative care on the cancer patients in the community medical institution. Methods: One hundred and eight cases of the cancer who received the palliative care in the community medical institution from Oct. 2012 to Oct. 2014 were selected and divided into an intervention group with 58 cases and a general nursing care control group with 50 cases. The personalized nursing program was made for the intervention group according to the PPS score in the different stages and the patients were cared with the multi level comprehensive intervention nursing. The satisfaction of the patients and their families, the quality of their life, the hospitalization costs and frequency of the first aid were compared between two groups.
