内 容 摘 要 浙江是改革开放的前沿阵地，也是国内中小企业走向国际化较快的地区。在国际化经营发展中，浙江中小企业形成了自身的国际化特点，积累了一定的国际化经验，但同时也面临着很多风险。本文通过分析浙江省中小企业国际化的风险与现状，提出我省中小企业国际化风险防范的对策。在企业层面,中小企业国际化成长必须选择合理的模式,不断加强自身竞争优势的构建。同时,要不断提高组织的学习能力。在政府层面,政府要贯彻和落实相关法律,建立完善的社会服务体系。 关键词：中小企业 国际化 风险 浙江 ABSTRACT In Zhejiang ,many SME try to expand transnational operation in an early.In the intemationalization proeess,small and medium-sized enierprises of Zhejiang have their own features which accumulate certain experience but also face many risks.
