The massive corruption, which happened to the grassroots officials, is related to the vulnerable construction of grass-roots party organizations in rural area. Therefore, it is urgent and necessary to comprehensively streng- then party discipline at the grass-roots level in rural collective economic organization. This paper takes Tianhe district in Guangzhou as an example, analyzing the main problems in the supervision of asset deal in rural collective economic organization, and concluding the reasons of the vulnera- ble construction of grass-roots party organizations from the view of grass-roots party construction. Finally, it put forwards the solution of strengthening party discipline comprehensively in rural collective economic organization.
