海南省农村劳动力转移对经济发展的问题研究摘要“三农”问题是长期影响我国经济社会发展的重大问题,作为一个农业人口大国,在向工业化全面迈进的过程中,农业不仅是整个国民经济发展的基础,也是实现工业化必须尽快解决的重要问题。海南省作为农村人口占80％以上的经济落后省份,农村劳动力转移不仅关系到农民能否持续增收的问题,而且关系到整个农村经济能否获得有效发展的问题。本文的绪论部分主要阐述研究的背景、意义及方法。第二部分主要介绍了海南省农村劳动力转移现状，分析了海南省劳动力转移的特征和估计了海南省现有农村剩余劳动力的总量。第三部分则通过对海南省农村劳动力转移对经济发展的实证研究，从海南省农村劳动力转移的经济效应，海南省农村劳动力转移对农业产出的影响，海南省农村劳动力转移与农民收入之间的关系几方面来对海南省农村经济发展状况及农村劳动力转移状况进行了全面、客观、深入地分析与研究。第四部分则根据对上述各问题分析研究，从而得出了研究结论农村劳动力转移对农户家庭收入增加的影响较为显著,但劳动力转移对农业生产的影响并不明显并提出针对性的建议。关键词：海南省，农村劳动力转移，农村经济发展Study on the Economic Development of Rural Labor Force Transfer in Hainan ProvinceAbstractThree rural issues is a major issue in the long-term impact of Chinas economic and social development, as an agricultural population.Great powers, in the process of moving toward industrialization, agriculture is not only the foundation of the entire national economic development, but also the an important issue that must be resolved as soon as possible to realize industrialization.
