Considering the project-oriented cross-organization characterized by one-time and temporary，the knowledge integration SECI model and 3D model are constructed based on knowledge management theory and systematical theory. Ultimately ，the knowledge pipeline model of the project-oriented cross-organization knowledge flow integrated innovation is built，which contains knowledge acquirement ，absorption，transformation ，sharing and creation. Knowledge interaction and integration of a temporary knowledge team in knowledge pipeline will provide an interactive platform for cooperation in organizational goals，confliction problems and building sharing mechanisms，which makes participants join in the whole net and promotes inter-trust and communication.
