X射线肾造影与B型超声诊断肾结核效果对比探究 　　摘要：目的：对X射线肾造影和B型超声诊断肾结核的效果进行研究。方法：对40例肾结核患者依次进行X射线肾造影诊断和B型超声诊断，得出诊断结果，与手术后病理结果进行对比分析，研究出两种诊断结果的诊断符合率。结果：在对40例患者进行X射线肾造影诊断后，诊断出了36（90%）例肾结石患者；进行B型超声诊断后，诊断出37（92.5%）例肾结石患者；手术病理判断结果为40例肾结石患者，X射线肾造影的诊断结果与B型超声的诊断结果无明显差异。结论：我们应该将X射线肾造影诊断与B型超声诊断结合起来，减少误诊率，提高诊断的符合率，为临床肾结核的治疗提供更可靠的依据，值得临床广为使用与推广。 关键词：X射线肾造影 B型超声 肾结核X-ray renal angiography and comparative study of the effect of b-type ultrasonic diagnosis of renal tuberculosis Mou Qin Abstract：Objective： On the renal angiography and x-ray study on the effect of b-type ultrasonic diagnosis of renal tuberculosis .Methods：40 cases of renal angiography in diagnosis of renal tuberculosis patients followed by x-ray and the b-type ultrasonic diagnosis， get diagnostic results， and pathological comparative analysis of the results after surgery， studies on two kinds of diagnosis the diagnosis rate.
