上海世博会场馆设计建设理念对我国大型综合性体育场馆管理启示摘 要： 以上海世博会场馆设计建设经验为研究对象，运用文献资料法、实地调查法总结上海 世博会场馆设计建设的经验，包括：建筑与城市和谐发展的理念；场馆融资没有依赖中央财 政拨款；场馆功能设计合理化；场馆建筑管理科技化、绿色化；建筑风格突出民族传统文化 特色；场馆服务人性化。在此基础上，凝练出对我国大型综合性体育场馆管理的启示：体育 场馆的设计建设理念应注重与城市和谐发展；我国体育场馆融资可以摆脱对中央财政的依赖 ；体育场馆功能设计应更加合理化；建筑材料应继续向绿色化、科技化发展；场馆服务愈加 体现人性化；建筑风格应在保障基本功能的基础上彰显地域文化特征。 关键词：上海世博会；场馆；建设；管理 中图分类号：G808.22 文献标识码：A 文章编 号：1007-3612(2011)11-0027-04 Revelation of Shanghai World Expo Venue Construction and Managem ent to Sports Venue Management of China WANG Long?fei?1，YAO Yuan?1，ZHANG Hao?xin?2 (1.P.E.Dept.，Henan University，Kaifeng 475001，Henan China ; 2.Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics，Lanzhou 730101，Gansu C hina) Abstract: Taking Shanghai World Expo Venue construction and management as the object and a pplying the methods of literature and investigation，this paper summarizes its e xperiences，including the concept of harmonious development of construction and city，the independent finance of sports venue which does not depend on allocatio ns of the central finance，the rational design of the venue functions，technolog ical and greening venue construction and management，prominent national traditi onal culture features in architectural styles and people?oriented venue service s.Based on those features，this study insists that the concept of the spo rts ve nue construction and management should develop harmoniously with the city.The s ports venue financing should break away from the dependency on allocations of th e central finance.The design of the venue functions should be more rational.Th e venue building materials should be directed to green and technological?orient ed development.The venue services should further reflect people?oriented conce pt，and the architectural style should show the regional culture characteristics on the basis of essential functions.
