减薄202 钢罐口味问题浅析 ·1 · 减薄202 钢罐口味问题浅析 顾 婕 郭文渊 张 清 （上海宝钢包装股份有限公司，上海 201908 ） 摘 要 本研究针对 202 钢罐口味问题开展进行，明确了钢罐发生口味问题的原因在于罐身内壁未被内涂层/密 封胶有效覆盖，暴露的金属元素被内容物产品腐蚀，析出到内容物中并积累到一定的数量值，宏观上表现为饮料 的非正常口感。发生金属析出的位置集中在罐身的身钩半径区域。研究从钢罐自身质量控制、灌装工艺和口味问 题风险评估三个方面提出解决方案，通过保证罐口直壁区合适的内涂膜厚度，保证良好的卷封结构，以及控制卷 封厚度为 1.12±0.05mm ，卷封顶隙≤0.10mm 等关键参数，可以有效阻止身钩半径区域因卷封形变而暴露的金属 元素析出到内容物产品中。此外，采用合适的测试液，严格控制测试液位的高度，可以及时反映罐内涂层，特别 是罐口涂层的质量，是防止口味问题的有效预防措施。钢罐包装碳酸饮料和啤酒，可以在保质期内达到金属离子 零析出的水平。 关键词 钢罐，金属析出，二重卷封 Analysis on Metal Pick-up of 202 Steel Can Gu Jie, Guo Wenyuan, Zhang Qing (Shanghai Bao Packaging Co., Ltd., Shanghai, 201908, China) Abstract The research is focus on 202 steel can metal pick-up problem, clarified that the metal pick-up is caused by product reacting with the metal substrate at a site(s) of exposed metal. In particular the forming of the Body Hook during seaming can cause a degree of lacquer cracking in this region, which results in potential exposure of the metal substrate. The exposed metal can be corroded by the content products, consumer could taste unusual flavor when the precipitation quantity accumulated to a certain value.The The plans to solving metal pick-up problem are: (1)ensure the suitable coating thickness of can straight wall; (2) ensure the good seaming structure, and control seam thickness is 1.12 ± 0.05mm, the seamgap is no more than 0.10 mm; (3)using of appropriate ME test solution, and strictly control the height of ME test liquid.
