This paper presents the urban-rural integration and theories on land circulation as well as their relations ，analyzes the land circulation-related cases in some parts of our country. The paper also summa鄄 rizes the land circulation applied types and relationship of different district ，and the effect to integrated urban-rural development. Key words: urban-rural integration ；land circulation ；cases analysis ；comparative research 土地 。另一方面 ，城乡统筹解决的是一个城乡均衡发展的问题 。 1 研究背景 土地通过流转 ，在不同经济 、社会主体间流动 ，满足城乡统筹各 主体对土地资源的需求 ， 是实现城乡统筹发展最根本的要求 ， 党的十八大报告明确指出 ：“解决好农业农村农民问题是 也是城乡统筹和农村土地流转链接的最根本的点 。 全党工作重中之重 ，城乡
