四川省婚前保健工作管理现状研究 　　[摘要] 目的 了解四川省婚前保健的管理现状，探讨婚前保健的工作对策。 方法 对省内21个市（州）的市、县级妇幼保健院开展问卷调查，收集婚前保健管理部门、培训、业务指导等相关信息，对数据进行分析。 结果 婚前保健管理部门复杂、地区差异性较大，婚检机构级别较低、全省婚检率整体水平仍较低。 结论 针对四川省的婚前保健工作现状，应加大政府的支持和投入力度，强化婚检队伍的建设，通过积极开展多方位健康教育和、婚前保健咨询和指导，提高群众婚前保健的主动性，提高婚检质量。 [关键词] 婚前保健；管理；婚检率 [中图分类号] R715.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（c）-0160-03 Analysis of the current situation of premarital healthcare management in Sichuan province ZHANG Yan1 HE Hua1 MING Juan1 ZHANG Ju1 YUAN Xian-ying1 LIU Yan-mei1 WU Fang-yin1 FENG Lin2 1.Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Sichuan Province， Chengdu 610045，China；2.Health Supervision of Law Enforcement Corps of Sichuan Province，Chengdu 610041，China [Abstract] Objective To know the management current situation of premarital healthcare and to explore the countermeasures of premarital healthcare in Sichuan province. Methods Maternal and Child Health Hospital in cities and counties in 21 cities of Sichuan Province were investigated with questionnaires. management department，trainings，business guidances and other relevant information of premarital healthcare were collected，and the data were anayzed. Results Management department of premarital healthcare was complex and disparities of different areas was huge.The level of premarital examination institutions were low.Premarital examination rate was low in Sichuan Province. Conclusion Support and investment of government should be increased to strengthen the team building of premarital examination.Premarital insititutions should improve premarital healthcare initiative and premarital examination quality by developing actively comprehensive health education and premarital healthcare consultation and guidance.
