无线瓦斯巡检仪电源智能监控设计 　　摘要： 煤矿井下便携式设备使用环境要求苛刻，需保证电池电源的有效性和安全性，引入电池监测芯片DS2438，实现了无线瓦斯巡检仪的电源智能监控。在介绍无线瓦斯巡检仪的硬件结构基础上，结合DS2438芯片，设计了电源监控电路。论述了电源电压、电流及剩余电量的计算原理，考虑系统软件的实时性，详细设计了电池电源的监控流程，并给出了部分关键程序流程。实验表明，该电源监控设计能有效实现无线瓦斯巡检仪的电源智能监控，为井下便携式设备的电源监控提供有效方法。 Abstract： Considering the effectiveness and safety of battery power used in portable equipment of coal mine， the DS2438 chip was used to realize the power intelligent monitoring of wireless gas detector.
