浅谈工程地质存在问题与对策 　　摘要: 作为20世纪刚建立和发展起来的一门学科，工程地质学科与环境的联系非常密切，随着我国的城市化进程的加快，环境对工程地质提出了更高要求。同时，工程地质工作的质量，对工程方案的决策和工程建设的顺利进行至关重要。我们要尽量协调环境与工程地质之间的关系，实现人与环境的协调发展。当前工程地质存在着许多问题，工程事故时有发生，给人民生命财产带来重大损失，工程地质勘察质量有下滑现象，工程地质分析不够深入，有的甚至出现工程地质评价的结论性错误。所以工程地质的发展应实现和谐发展，在发展中保护环境，加强地质勘探质量，深入研究分析，才能迎接未来的机遇和挑战。 关键词：工程地质 ，环境 ，人才 ，机遇 Abstract: as the 20th century was established and developed a discipline, very close with the environmental engineering geological disciplines, with the speeding up of urbanization in our country, puts forward higher requirements on the engineering geological environment.
