This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY). /licenses/by/4.0/ Abstract Two excellent vegetatively micro-propagated lines 777 and 292 of wine grape cultivar “Pinot Noir” were used as comparison materials in this experiment. The result indicate that there are certain differences between the two lines in the tolerance of sterilization, seedling rate of first and later generations, the monthly proliferation multiple and the survival rates of transplanting of acclima- tization in nutrition pots and under light during the micropropagation process with those indexes for line 777 higher than line 292.
