As there is a big tem erature difference betw een the inner and outside surface of black body cavity, so the error of tem erature of the measured object is resented. To solve this roblem, a ro cess of se arating variables was used to derive the outer surface tem erature of black body cavity from the inner surface tem erature of the blackbody cavity, which further im roved the erformance of the sensor required by test. T he ex eriment tested the feasibility of this method, and the measurement accuracy of the sa hire o tical fiber blackbody cavity tem erature sensor was im roved.
