关于新病毒鉴定的研究进展 The progress in the research about the identification of novel virus 【摘要】：随着新型病毒不断被发现，新病毒的鉴定对于治疗、预防和控制病毒感染起着重要的作用。本综述首先从形态学的角度阐述如何鉴定新病毒，包括了病毒的分离和培养，以及电子显微镜观察。但仅仅形态学上的鉴定是不足够的，需要结合分子生物学的手段。目前最常用分子生物学的手段是构建系统进化树，这不仅可以了解病毒的核酸和氨基酸序列，而且可以阐明病毒的起源及其变异。 【关键词】：新病毒，鉴定，形态学，分子生物学 Abstract: Along with continuous discovery of novel virus, how to efficiently identify them plays an essential role in the treatment, prevention and control of virus infection. Firstly, this review will describe how to identify novel virus morphologically, includingthe isolation and culture of virus as well as observat
