教学目标 能掌握be动词的一般过去时的陈述句,一般疑问句及肯定和否定的回答..
能用be动词的过去式来表述个人过去的生活,并能询问别人的过去的经历.
能听懂包含be动词的过去式的对话.
1. 让学生掌握be动词的过去式.
2. 记牢本单元的新词汇.
3. 练习含有be动词过去式的句型.

本单元要求掌握的词汇: past, was, were, be born, town, village strict, nice, friendly, naughty,difficult, well-behaved,
primary school,
2. 本单元要求掌握的句型:
Where were you born? I was born in a small village.
What was he like? He was naughty.
What was the name of…….?
Were you born in Shanghai? Yes, I was. No, I wasn’t.
Step 1 Greetings
Step 2 Presentation
Introduce myself. I’m 44 years old this year. I was born in 1969. I was born in Huaying City.
My hometown is Huaying . What about you ?
Were you born in Huaying?
If the students can’t understand it. Help the students answer.
Tell them the meaning “ was born” and why we use “ was” here.
