油脂降解及其对餐厨废水厌氧发酵性能影响

摘要:采用批次试验研究餐厨油脂厌氧发酵性能及其对餐厨废水发酵产气的影响。结果表明:在
高温条件下。餐厨油脂的产气过程与Modified
Gompertz方程拟合较好。其产气潜力在894mug
左右。油脂降解初期出现产气延滞,且浓度越高延滞期越长。油脂质量浓度为10.O玑时,油脂降解产
气效果最佳。通过单位油脂的产气量确定油脂的半抑制浓度为11.6扎。餐厨油脂与餐厨废水混合发
酵时,不仅使产气量增加了131%,甲烷平均体积分数从58.93%增加到64.06%,提高了8.7%。
