摘 要
人力资源作为现代企业的一种战略性资源,已经成为企业发展的关键因素。激励作为开发和管理人力资源的一种重要方法已经被越来越多的企业成功运用,激励机制的建立和完善必将成为推动国企走向国际市场的不竭动力。本文从浙江吉利汽车有限公司的人员激励现状出发,通过对浙江吉利汽车有限公司现行员工激励机制的调研,综合运用内容型激励理论和过程型激励理论,深入分析了浙江吉利汽车有限公司激励机制存在的问题和现实需求,有针对性地建立了该公司有效激励机制的基本模式,设计适应浙江吉利汽车有限公司的物质激励措施、非物质激励措施和激励考核机制,并提出相应的激励机制运行的保障措施。为充分调动员工爱岗敬业、奉献企业的积极性和为组织贡献聪明才智的热情,以及顺利实现浙江吉利汽车有限公司战略目标提供了人力资源动力和机制保障;同时给其他吉利汽车公司激励机制的建立提供了一点有益的参考。

Abstract
Human resources as a strategic resource of modern business has become a key factor. Encourage the development and management of human resources as an important method has been successfully used more and more enterprises, incentives to promote the establishment and improvement of state-owned enterprises will become an inexhaustible motive force to the international market.
