1.Power loss 2.Cabin altitude rate of change is too high ( 2,000 slfpm) 3.Cabin altitude is too high ( 15,800 ft) 4.Wiring failures 5.Outflow valve component failures 6.CPC failures 7.Cabin differential pressure is too high ( 8.75 psi). Amber AUTO FAIL light MASTER CAUTION and AIR COND annunciator lights Green ALTN light. These are the three positions of the outflow valve switch: CLOSE Neutral OPEN. These are the four system status lights above the control panel: AUTO FAIL (system failure) OFF SCHED DESCENT (deviation from flight plan) ALTN (operational mode) MANUAL (operational mode).
