According to the principle of function, the mixer can be divided into free fall and forced,.the theme of this design is the forced type vertical mixer, this mixer is mainly used for dry and hard concrete mixing, mixing time and unloading time is short, moreover,it has high production efficiency; at the same time,this kind of mixing machine covers little area, what make it easy to move,eaqully important ,it conforms the requirements of energy-saving and emission reduction, it greatly satisfies our demand in daily life. The process of design includes design of mixing device and machine frame ; the choice of motor; design of drive system (involving V belt drive and chain drive,choice of reducer ) and the last step: the design of axis and strength check. CAD drawing software is used in the whole design process of the mixer parts and the assembly drawing, so that all parts and the overall assembly of the mixer more clearly demonstrated.
