Key words: Domestic； the tournament aerobics； the difficulty action； development trend 1 前言 竞技健美操近几年来在我国得到了迅速的发展。同时随着国际技术水平的提高，对难度动作的要求也越来越高，它是竞技健美操实力的表现，是裁判员进行评分的重要因素之一。 竞技健美操是在音乐的伴奏下，通过难度动作的完美完成，展示运动员连续表演复杂和高强度动作的能力。成套动作必须通过所有动作、音乐和表现的完美融合体现创造性。竞技健美操的运动强度大、时间短、动作速度快、动作类型多、复合型动作多，对运动员素质要求较全面，在比赛过程中，它有特定的竞赛规则和评分方法，对成套动作中的难度动作要求完美完成。我国竞技健美操的发展应与国际健美操的发展相接轨，这就要求我们要充分的理解规则，了解健美操的发展方向，在运动员的训练以及进行成套动作的编排时，真正把握好难度动作的选择与整体设计。 2 研究方法 2.1 文献资料法：查阅国际体联健美操1997年、2001-2004年竞赛规则及相关文献。 2.2 统计分析法：对国际体联健美操 1997年、2001-2004年竞赛规则中难度动作的数量、类别、级别进行了统计与分析。 2.3 录像观察法：对2001年锦标赛，2002年全国健美操锦标赛及2000年世界健美操锦标赛的录像进行观察分析。 3 分析与讨论 3.1 国内运动员难度动作的选择与完成情况分析 2001年锦标赛男、女单人前8名的难度动作申报分分别为25.95 分和23.15分，平均完成率分别为96.7%和97.4% （表1 ）。而2002年锦标赛男、女单人前8
