城市轨道交通票制票价浅论
摘 要
随着经济的快速发展，城市化进程的进一步加快，使得城市交通供需矛盾日益突出，城市交通问题已经成为了城市社会经济发展的主要障碍.国内外的研究表明:发展城市轨道交通是解决城市交通拥挤、满足城市交通需求的有效手段之一，也是实现城市交通可持续发展的重要战略。票制票价制定的合理与否是城市轨道交通生存与发展的关键。
文章具体分析了票价制定、定价原则和立足点，深入研究了城市轨道交通定价的理论基础。通过对城市轨道交通票制票价分类及现状进行了较为详细分析，对国内外部分城市轨道交通票制票价情况进行介绍，在一定程度上对我国城市轨道建设起到指导借鉴意义。并根据我国城市轨道交通的实际情况提出了较为合理的票制票价方案建议，从而引导城市轨道交通健康、快速、可持续发展。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid economic development, urbanization further speed up the process, making urban transport supply and demand have become increasingly conspicuous in urban traffic problems the city has become a major obstacle to socio-economic development. The study shows that both at home and abroad: the development of urban rail transit is the solution to urban transport crowded, urban transport to meet the needs of one of effective means of achieving sustainable urban transport development strategy. Vote whether or not the fare is reasonable to develop urban rail transit a key survival and development.
Article, the development of a detailed analysis of the fares, pricing principles and standpoint, in-depth study of the urban rail transit pricing theory. Through the votes of urban rail transit system for the classification and the status of the fare in a more detailed analysis of rail traffic in some cities at home and abroad-vote system, introduced fares conducted to some extent on the construction of urban rail reference guide. And in accordance with Chinas urban rail transit to the actual situation in a more reasonable fare proposal-vote system, in order to guide the health of urban rail transit, rapid and sustainable development.
