中国现代医药杂志2013年 lO月第 15卷第 l0期 MMJC，Oct2013，V0l15，No．10 · 9 · 感染早期行快速肺炎支原体培养探讨 张涛 林英 王穗琼 彭淑梅 黄冬平 邓文喻 何天文 杨琳琳 【摘要】 目的 探讨在肺炎支原体 (mycoplasmapneumoniae，MP)感染早期行快速支原体培养 (mycoplasmapneumoni— aerapidculture)能否提高培养阳性率。方法 以我院 2011年 3月～2012年 12月 门诊 5～13岁 800例有发热或 (和)咳嗽症 状等疑似肺炎支原体感染的病程在 1周 内的患儿为研究对象。按病程分成实验组和对照组，实验组 383例病程在 3d内就 诊时立即行快速支原体培养。待治疗 4d后行支原体 IgM抗体检查 ；对照组417例病程在 3d以上就诊时行快速支原体培 养，待病程满 1周时行肺炎支原体 IgM检查。实验组和对照组均 以肺炎支原体抗体 IgMl：80为感染阳性标准。结果 实验 组 IgM阳性 167例，培养阳性 63例。对照组 IgM阳性 156例，培养阳性 34例。结论 对5岁以上患儿有疑似支原体感染 临床症状者早期行快速支原体培养能提高培养阳性率．更有利于指导临床治疗。 【关键词】 快速肺炎支原体培养 阳性率 肺炎支原体 儿童 Investigation oftherapidcultureofmycoplasm8pneumoniaintheearly stageofMP infection ZhongToo，LinYing， WangSu~ ng，eta1．PediatricDepartment，theAffiliatedGuangdongWomenandChildHospitalofGuangzhouMedicalUniver- s桫，Guan~zhou510030 A【bstract】Objective ToexploretheeffectofrapidcultureofmycoplasmapneumoniaintheearlystageofMPinfec— tion．Mehtods 800outpatients(5~13yearsold)withfeveror(and)coughsymptomssuspectedMPinfectionofthecourseof aweekwereselectedinourhospitalfrom Mar2011toDec2012．Accordingtothecourseofdisease，800patientsweredivided intoexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup．Experimental group of thecourseof3daysappliedrapid cultureofmycoplasma pneumoniaandtestedMP—IgM after4daystreatment．Controlgroup (thecourseover3days)werecarriedrap甜 cultureofmy- coplasmapneumoniaathtebeginingoftreatmentandtestedMP-IgM afterthecourseof 1week．MPinfectionstandardwasMP— IgMl：80． Results Inexperimentalgroup，167caseswereIgM positiveand63caseswereculturepositive．Incontrolgroup， 156 caseswereIgM positiveand 34caseswereculturepositive． Conclusion Childrenabove5yearsoldwith theclinical symptomsofsuspectedmycoplasmainfectioninhteearlycourseofdisease，appliedrapidcultureofmycoplasmapneumoniamay improvethepositiverateandhavemoreconductiveguidestoclinical treatment． 【Keywords】 Rapidcultureofmycoplasmapneumonia Positiverate Mycoplasmapneumonia Child 肺炎支原体在儿童社区获
