重庆小城镇建设与发展研究 摘要 小城镇的建设与发展是中国进行农村改革和走向现代化的重要内容，也是推进具有中国特色的城镇化道路的重要力量是中国人居空间的一个特有概念，具有很强的中国特色介于城市聚落和乡村聚落之间的一种过渡性区。重庆小城镇建设是西部大开发战略任务的重要组成部分，不仅关系到重庆农村经济的稳定发展，而且关系到中现代化建设的发展进程。 本文结合重庆地区的特点，创造性地提出了重庆小城镇建设的总体设想。小城镇建设与发展的典型时代特征在模式选择上，结合重庆资源和产品优势，采用功能辐射型模式、股份型模式、旅游型模式、城郊型模式、市场主导型发展模式、生态建设型发展模式和科技创新型发展模式。科学规划，合理布局，使经济效益、社会效益和生态效益相统一借鉴国内外小城镇发展经验，遵循小城镇自身发展规律，既不过分超前，又不滞后，适度发展，突出个性。关键词：小城镇建设 城镇化 重庆市 Abstract The construction and developments of the small town are the important contents that China carries on the village reform and the alignment modernizations, also is a kind of important power which pushes forward to the urbanization road. The small town is a special concept to reside the space in china, Small town is a kind of transition community lying between the city settlement and the country settlement, having very strong Chinese special features. According to the Chongqing representative model ages characteristic of the small town construction. This thesis base on the basic theories of the town construction , according to the ChongQing representative model ages characteristic of the small town construction、chognqing foundation of the small town construction and the analysis of the advantage for the small town construction, get the optimizatively model of a small town construction in ChongQing, in model choose, it must combine the resources of Chongqing with the product advantages, adopt a model of the function radiation, the stock model and travel model, the city suburb model, market predominance mode, the ecosystem construction model and a development of science and technology model. Science programming, the reasonable layout, makes economic performance, social performance and the ecosystem performances unified mutually.
