The results of the hybrid between Silurus asotus nd Silurus soldatov showed th t sperms of Silurus asotus could get into eggs of Silurus soldatov nd m de it fertilized.It h d the simil r process of the fertiliz tion with the species of Silurus asotus .At 3 s fter fertiliz tion, the sperms entered the micropyle, t 15 s f- ter fertiliz tion, the micropyl r c n l opened;the fertiliz tionw s finished in 1min;the micropyl r c n l closed in 15 min fter fertiliz tion;ll of the sperms outside the micropyle disorg nized in 20 min .
