国际语言文化学院留学生“温馨提示”发放办法及住址调查的管理办法 一、“温馨提示”发放办法 新学期开学后第三周，通过班主任向全院留学生签发“温馨提示”，把法律法规宣传落实到每一位在校的留学生。班主任根据本班留学生人数到复印室复印“温馨提示”一式二份，一份请留学生仔细阅读、签名后交回招生办公室，一份送给留学生自己保存。 二、住址调查管理办法 学生住宿情况基本稳定后，发“国际语言文化学院留学生住宿统计表”给各个班主任，由班主任负责调查本班学生的住址情况并登记在调查表上，并在指定时限内交回，统计后装订保管。 附件1： 温馨提示样本： 欢迎您到云南师范大学来，为了您在这儿度过一段愉快美好的时光，我校特向您提示，请您仔细阅读以下“温馨提示”并严格遵守中华人民共和国的法律和本校的校规校纪。 Welcome to Yunnan Normal University!
