延安城镇化发展的若干问题研究 专 业： 城市规划与设计 摘 要 城镇化是人类社会经济发展的必然产物，是当今世界上重要的社会、经济现象之一，它推动着一个国家或地区经济社会结构、城乡空间布局和居民生产、生活方式的质变，并在不同的国家或地区以及不同的历史时期内形成不同的推进特点和发展特色。由于城镇化的推进过程实际上就是区域内社会经济发展与进步的演变过程，因此城镇化水平的高低就成为衡量一个国家和地区社会、经济、文化、科技水平以及国家和地区社会组织程度和管理水平的重要标志。当前我国城市化滞后于经济发展水平带来了一系列深层次的问题，加速城市化进程己成为当前和今后很长一段时间的战略任务。 国家实施西部大开发战略，加大对西部地区基础设施、生态环境建设的投入，将极大地改善西部地区的生态环境面貌和地区经济发展条件，将促进西部地区城镇化的发展。因此将延安作为西部代表性的区域，研究如何把握新的发展机遇，实现城镇化的快速健康发展，具有重要的现实意义。 本文在前人有关城镇化研究成果的基础上，通过中外城市化模式的比较与分析以及我国城市化道路的争论，指出延安城市化应选择多元化的城市化道路。将延安分为四大经济区，指出各区的城镇化发展战略。并在此基础上提出加快延安城镇化发展的若干建议。 笔者的研究以理论研究为基础，应用研究为目的。针对延安城镇化的具体问题，以客观的分析为基础，力求科学地提出发展的规划与实施战略。同时从延安经济发展的角度思考、认识与探索推进城镇化的具体问题，为加快延安城镇化发展提供可行性参考依据。 【】Study on the Issues of Urbanization in Yan’an Region Specialty: Urban Planning Design ABSTRACT Urbanization, as the inevitable result of human social and economic development, is one of important phenomena nowadays in the world. In one country or area, it can promote the economic social structure, urban area or different. Actually urbanization has shown the evolution of regional social economic development, so urbanization level has become the important mark that has been used to measure the society, economy, culture and technology in one country or area, as well as to measure the level of national or regional social organization arrangement. At present the lower rate of urbanization than the one of economic development has arose a series of profound problems. Speeding up the urbanization process has become a strategic task to our governments at present even a long time in future. The nation has implemented west China development strategy and increased input for infrastructure and eco-environment construction in the west area. The eco-environment appearance and development condition of regional economy in the west area will be improved and urbanization in west area will be promoted.
