问诊类移动医疗APP用户信任的影响因素分析.docVIP

问诊类移动医疗APP用户信任的影响因素分析 　　〔摘要〕[目的/意义]旨在探究问诊类医疗APP用户信任的影响因素，提炼出对运营和管理具有积极意义的意见和建议。[方法/过程]在整合信任建立模型和声誉二维评估模型的基础上，从过程、制度和特征的多维视角出发，分析影响问诊类移动医疗APP用户信任的因素，提出研究假设并构建研究模型。实证研究部分，采用“日志追踪+调查问卷”的规范性实验方法，选取“春雨医生”移动医疗APP的用户为实验者，收集了280份有效数据并利用SmartPLS20对模型进行检验。[结果/结论]医生认知声誉和医院认知声誉正向影响患者对医生的信任；APP认知声誉显著促进患者对医疗APP的信任。感知医生认证正向影响医生信任；感知APP监管正向影响患者对医生和APP的信任；患者对医生的信任促进对移动医疗APP的信任。信息质量显著促进患者对APP的信任。 　　〔关键词〕问诊；移动医疗；APP；用户信任；影响因素 　　DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1008-0821.2017.05.013 　　〔中图分类号〕F49〔文献标识码〕A〔文章编号〕1008-0821（2017）05-0072-07 　　Analysis on Factors Influencing Users Trust in 　　Interrogation Mobile Health Applications 　　――From Multi-Perspectives of Process，Institution and CharacteristicZhang Min1Luo Meifen1Nie Rui1Zhang Yan2 　　（1.School of Information Management，Wuhan University，Wuhan 430072，China； 　　2.School of Public Policy and Management，University of Chinese Academy of Sciences，Beijing 100049，China） 　　〔Abstract〕[Purpose/Significance]This paper aimed to explore factors influencing users trust in interrogation mobile health applications，and to draw up opinions and suggestions which had positive significance for operation and management.[Method/Process]From multi-perspectives of process，institution and characteristic，factors influencing trust in applications were analysed，and hypotheses and theoretical model were proposed based on trust formation model and two-dimensional evaluation model of reputation.In the empirical study part，users of the mobile health application，Chunyu Doctor，were selected as experimenters and the log tracking experiment and questionnaire were conducted.280 valid samples were obtained and SmartPLS20 was applied to test hypotheses and model.[Result/Conclusion]Cognitive reputation of doctor and cognitive reputation of hospital positively influenced patients trust in doctors，and cognitive reputation of applications significantly promoted trust in applications.Whats more，perceived doctor accreditation had a positive effect on trust in doctors，and perceived APP mo
