A research on the development of school-based curriculum on safety education in primary school ——Take Binhai No.9 Primary School of Haikou for Example A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Liu Yaxian Supervisor：Prof.Liang Guang Hainan Normal University Haikou, China I 摘 要 安全对于小学生的健康成长至关重要，和每个家庭的幸福息息相关。小学是进行安 全教育的关键期，进行小学安全教育校本课程开发是对小学生进行安全教育的有效途径 之一。但是，在目前的小学安全教育校本课程开发过程中存在诸多问题，找到并解决这 些问题对于提高小学安全教育校本课程开发的效果具有重要意义。 本论文主要包括四个部分： 第一部分，主要阐述了本文的研究缘起、相关的研究综述以及本文的研究方法及研 究意义。 第二部分，以海南省海口市滨海第九小学（以下简称滨海九小）为例，采用问卷法、 访谈法等方法，分析了该校的安全教育校本课程开发过程中存在的问题及其原因。通过 调查研究发现，该小学的安全教育校本课程开发过程中存在的问题如下：学校领导的管 理方式不当、教师配合度较低；教师的安全教育专业素质有待提高；缺乏家长、社区、 校外专家等外部力量的支持和帮助；安全教育校本课程在实施过程中存在安全教育课时 和安全教育教学设施不足、课程内容缺乏针对性等问题；缺乏科学合理的安全教育校本 课程开发评价制度。 第三部分，提出了小学安全教育校本课程开发的改进策略。主要包括五个方面：改 进安全教育校本课程开发的管理工作；提高教师的安全教育专业技能，构建一支高水平 的安全教育师资队伍；加强学校、家庭和社会之间的合作，挖掘一切可用资源；推动安 全教育校本课程的有效实施；改变传统的课程评价观，建立科学合理的安全教育校本课 程开发评价体系。 关键词：小学；安全教育：校本课程；开发 II Abstract Safety is vital for primary students healthy growth and it’s closely related to every family’s happiness.Primary school is the critical period for safety education.It’s one of an effective way to develop primary school-based curriculum of safety education.However,there are many problems with the current development of primary school-based curriculum of safety education.To find and solve these problems to improve the effect of the development of primary school-based curriculum of safety education is of great significance.
