摘 要 本论文设计的组合机床是由通用部件组合而成,其控制系统是采用电气、液压、机械组合的控制方式.在此我主要是针对该控制系统的电气控制电路进行设计，机械、液压控制系统仅作基本说明. 本论文设计的控制系统在硬件设计方面，首先确定电力拖动方案与电动机选择，然后确定继电-接触器控制系统设计方案，最后对主电路，变压器，控制电路等进行设计，同时控制系统的核心控制由德国的西门子（SIEMENS）公司可编程控制器SIMATIC S7-200的专用编程软件STEP 7-Micro/WIN V3.1对程序进行编写、调试、写入. 本论文对四工位组合机床和编程控制器SIMATIC S7-200模块、功能、使用方法和编程软件STEP 7-Micro/WIN V3.2的使用方法.详细阐述了组合机床控制系统的设计，其中包括设计思想及步骤硬件设计部分、软件设计部分、元件选型等. 关键字：四工位组合机床、机械控制、电气控制、可编程控制器（PLC） Abstract In this paper, a combination of machine tool design is a combination of common components, the control system is the use of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical control portfolio.
