商业步行街景观规划设计 摘 要 随着现代城市的发展和消费水平的提高，人们对于购物环境的功能性提出了更多的要求。 “王府井”商业街地处市中心黄金地段，地理环境优越，拥有大量消费人群，具有很大的发展潜力。但由于原有地段布局的不合理及功能分区的不完善，很大了限制了的经济发展。通过对 “王府井”商业街规划区的现状分析和定位策划，在规划设计的过程中，贯彻“以人为本”和地域特色整体控制的原则，对其整体功能分区、空间组织、交通节点及其环境景观设施展开具体设计，创造一个具有地方文化特色和现代商业街规划的商业街景观，简要解释了步行街改造背景和功能分区和交通,明确了本文所要规划的对象和框架并总结了步行街的历史发展演变过程,分析了其优势和意义并加以举证。 关键词：；商业街；景观；规划设计 Binzhou “Wang Fu Jing” Street Landscape Planning and Design Abstract Along with the development of modern city and raising the level of consumption, shopping environment for the functional requirements of forward more. Based on wangfujing street , planning in the current situation analysis and positioning, in the process of planning and design, implementation of human-oriented and the principle of overall control of regional characteristics, their overall functional partition, spatial organization and its environment, transport node on specific design, landscape facility is to create a modern breath and local culture street landscape, briefly explained the background and the functional zoning street transformation and traffic, this paper tries to clear the object and the framework of planning and summarizes the evolution history of the street, analyses the advantages and the significance and evidence.
