Abstract：Recently，astheoceanicactivitiesaremoreandmorefrequentlycarriedout，
marineoilspillaccidentsbringtoenormousharm totheeconomyandsocietyinChina．
especiallyintheOffshoreChina．Marineoilspillisonekindofseriousdisasterswhich
severely damages the marine environment．Aiming atthe improvement ofthe
emergency response system and response ability forthe oilspill，the relative
technologieson oilspillresponse are developed．Thispaperbriefly introducesthe
developmentsandachievementsoftheoilspillnumericalmodels，includingtheoilspill
spreadingmodel，theoilspilltransportmodel，theoilparticlemodelaswellastheoil
spillweatheringmodel，whichprovidethetheoreticcriterionsofrthefutureworkonthe
oilspillpredictingandresponse．
