三维适形放疗联合培美曲塞治疗局部晚期肺腺癌疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨三维适形放疗联合培美曲塞治疗局部晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效。 方法 选取我院2010年9月～2013年1月68例局部晚期肺腺癌患者的资料，根据其治疗方式分为观察组与对照组，各34例，两组患者均采用三维适行放疗，观察组患者同期加用培美曲塞辅助化疗，21 d为1个周期，进行2～3个周期，对两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应进行评价。 结果 观察组患者总有效率高；与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 三维适形放疗联合培美曲塞治疗局部晚期肺腺癌，能在不增加毒副作用的情况下，提高治疗有效率，改善患者生活质量。 [关键词] 三维适形放疗；培美曲塞；肺腺癌；晚期肺癌；临床疗效 [中图分类号] R734.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）14-109-02 Effect observation of 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with pemetrexed in the treatment of locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma ZHANG Xiaofeng LIANG Jin DENG Zelin Department of Oncology，the People’s Hospital of Dianbai County in Guangdong Province，Dianbai 525400，China [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with pemetrexed in the treatment of locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma. Methods The data of 68 cases with locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma in our hospital from September 2010 to January 2013 were selected. The patients were divided into observation group in 34 cases and control group in 34 cases according to the treatment method. The patients in two groups were both used 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy，while the patients of observation group were plused pemetrexed adjuvant chemotherapy， 21 days were a treatment cycle，2-3 treatment cycles were lasted. The clinical effect and side effects of patients in two groups were evaluated. Results Compared with control group， the total efficiency rate of observation group was higher，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with pemetrexed in the treatment of locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma can enhance the treatment efficiency rate and improve the quality of life without increasing side effects.
