配电网评估理论及应用方法研究  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 31 【摘要】 配电网是电能传输中的最后一个环节，起着向区域内低压用户分配电力的作用。近几年来，随着负荷的快速发展，配电网的建设也越来越被人们所关注。如何较客观地量化和评估配电网的运行状态成为了电力管理部门至关重要的一项工作。 城市中压配电网具有结构复杂和设备量巨大的特点，导致其分析难度较大。传统的电网评估多是围绕可靠性和经济性进行，普遍存在评估内容单一、整体性差和综合分析水平低等问题，难以满足电网快速发展的需要。本文以定海城区配电网评估为例，建立了一套较为科学的评价指标体系和评价方法。确定从供电安全性、供电可靠性、经济性、适应性和协调性五个方面评估电网，通过层次分析法计算指标权重，以达到对配电网运行状态进行科学评估的目的。 关键词：配电网评估；综合评估指标体系；层次分析法 【Abstract】 Power distribution network is the last but not the least part of the power transmission system. It’s function is to distribute electricity to low-Voltage customers. In recent years, with the development of the economy and the power load, more and more engineers of this field pay close attention to the research of the distribution network. How to evaluate and quantify the operation of distribution network objectively is the important task for the power engineers. The complex structure and numerous equipments within urban medium voltage networks result in its complicated analysis. Traditional distribution network evaluation focuses on reliability and economy, lacking comprehensive and synthetic analysis, and cannot meet the demands of distribution network’s rapid development. Through the evaluation of the distribution network in DingHai district, this paper establish a scientific series of evaluation index system. This paper determine the evaluate index system as fellows: system security,reliability, economy, adaptability, coordination, etc. Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used to evaluate the operation of distribution network reasoningly.
