In this paper, Firstly loss factor and storage modu lus of 4 k inds fiber reinforced concrete in different ratios w ere measured at frequency ( 0. 5~ 2. 0H z) by the threepoint support damp ing measuring apparatus, w hich is first ly designed and developed by our group. Secondly, four frames w ith the sam e size and reinforcement w ere made, w hich were pouredw ith the fiber reinforced concrete and national concrete respectively. The d ifferences of damping property at nonlinear stage, seism ic behavior and destructive process and character bewt een the national concrete frame and fiber reinforced concrete framew ere contrasted and analyzed by the expermi ent of un iaxial hysteresis ex permi ent, w hich w as carried out in the same axial compression ratio, shear compression ratio, reinforced ratio and stirrup ratio. In add ition, the characteristic points of the sk
