前夹环冲压工艺及模具设计 摘要： 本次设计为前夹环冲压模具，制作该零件有落料冲孔弯曲胀形四个基本序。通过对前夹环模具设计，加深自己对冲压设计的基础知识的掌握，为将来设计更复杂的的冲压模具设计打下坚实的基础。 本设计的主要内容有：结构的工艺分析合理方案的确定凹凸模的设计及相关零件的计算等。制作的方法，首先通过剪板机讲板料剪切下来，再将板料冲小孔，最后弯曲胀形。制作出一套完整的模具，成功制作出前夹环。并用CAD对重要零件进行的设计。 关键词：前夹环，冲压工艺，模具设计 Before the clip stamping technology and die design Abstract： The design for the first clip stamping die, the parts made with blanking punching bending bulging four basic processes.
