青岛市翡翠景园住宅楼设计 摘要:本工程名称为翡翠景园住宅小区，该住宅楼位于青岛，总建筑物面积约5000m2，层数6层，该住宅采用的是框架结构，总平面布置合理。建筑物功能主要分为卧室、客厅、厨房、卫生间等部分，布置主要以竖向布置为主。结构设计部分根据建筑物的平面布置，主要采用双向板肋梁楼盖结构体系。结构计算主要是用手算的，主要是对结构的一榀框架进行计算和分析。 关键词：住宅楼、框架结构、结构设计 Abstract：This project name is jade garden residential area, the residential is in Qingdao, a total construction of 5000 m2, number 6, the residential USES is structure, general t is reasonable.
