口腔医学研究2005年6月第21卷第3期 259 非综合征性唇腭裂与TGFI32多态性的相关研究 焦晓辉 王丽 (哈尔滨医科大学附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科 黑龙江哈尔滨 150001) [摘要] 目的：探讨转移生长因子132(transforming growth factor一132，TGF132)多态性与非综合征性唇腭裂(nonsyn- dromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate，NSCL±P)的相关性。方法：应用聚合酶链反应一单链构象多态(PCR— SSCP)方法，以103名健康体检者为对照，配对研究了124名非综合征性唇腭裂患者TGF132基因的多态性。结果： 对照组与患者组TGF132两者相比较，在统计学上有显著性差异(X ：16．235，df=1，P0．005)；单独发生唇裂或腭 裂者与唇腭裂同时并发者比较，在统计学上有显著性差异( =15．885，df=1，P0．005)；其他配对比较均无统计 学意义。结论：非综合征性唇腭裂的发生与TGF132基因多态性有相关性。 [关键词] 唇腭裂 遗传学 转移生长因子B2 多态性 [中图分类号] R782．2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1671—7651(2005)03—0259—03 Evidence for Association between Nonsyndromic Cleft Lip with or without Cleft Palate and Transforming growth factor一 Polymorphisms．JIAO Xiao—hui，WANG Li．The dental hospital Affiliated Hospital of Harbin medical univer- sity，Harbin 150001 [Abstract]0bjective：To study the relationship between transforming growth factor一132(TGF132)polymorphisms and nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate(NSCL±P)．Methods：TGF132 was examined by polymerase chain re- action—single strand conformation polymprphism (PCR—SSCP)technique in the 1 24 patients with NSCL±P and 1 03 healthy persons．Results：In the comparisons between the controls and the patients，the patients with cleft lip or cleft pal· ate and the patients with cleft lip and palate，the results were respectively(X =16．235，df=1，P0．005； =15．885，df = 1，P0．005)．So there was statistical significance．In other comparisons，there was no statistical significance．Conclu- sion：The above results give strong evidence for the association of TGF132 with development of NSCL±P． [Key words] Cleft lip and palate Genetics Transforming growth factor一132 Polymorphism 非综合征性唇裂伴或不伴腭裂(n
