软包装用无溶剂类双组份聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成研究
摘要
无溶剂类双组份聚氨酯胶粘剂是一种非挥发性的绿色聚氨酯胶粘剂，在复合
材料尤其是软包装领域有着重要的应用。本文通过合成 MDI 聚醚类聚氨酯预聚
体，复配聚酯多元醇，并将二者混合固化制备出适用于软包装的无溶剂类双组份
聚氨酯胶粘剂。研究内容主要含有如下三部分：
1、MDI/PPG 2000 类预聚体的合成 选择二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 （MDI ）、
聚丙二醇 2000 （PPG 2000 ）作为起始原料，在MDI 与 PPG 2000 摩尔比为 3，
二月桂酸二丁基锡 （T12 ）做为催化剂，75℃温度条件下
