This design model allows the Web page or other contents (View) to be mostly separated from the internal application code (Controller/Model), making it easier for designers and programmers to focus on their respective areas of expertise. It improve the efficiency of the development process thanks to JAVA “Write Once, run anywhere” nature. This dissertation focuses on implementation of MVC patterns to develope Office Automatic system for Bureau (OA-B) which run on JBuilder environment, and mainly introduce its kernel functions theory such as Message SendReceive Manage, Workflow Control and User Manage . This dissertation introduces the function of implemented office automation for bureau named WebOA by our OA team . It also expatiate its relative technology which were concerned and designed by me as well as this system’s Message SendReceive Manage , Workflow Control and User Manage structure and analysis of implementation in details.
