摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV PAGE 53 基于PLC的电梯控制系统设计 摘 要 随着我国经济的高速发展,微电子技术、计算机技术和自动控制技术也得到了迅速发展,交流变频调速技术已经进入一个崭新的时代,其应用越来越广。而电梯作为现代高层建筑的垂直交通工具,与人们的生活紧密相关,随着人们对其要求的提高,电梯得到了快速发展,其拖动技术已经发展到了调频调压调速,其逻辑控制也由PLC代替原来的继电器控制。 本文主要的目的是结合PLC，介绍了电梯控制系统的构成和工作原理，并重点阐述了PLC在电梯控制系统中的应用，并利用三菱FX2-80MR、变频器和交流电机来设计六层电梯控制系统。 整个系统通过PLC、逻辑控制电路对电梯的升降；加、减速；平层；起动、制动控制。其结构简单、运行效率高、平层精度高、易于理解与掌握。 关键词：PLC，电梯，变频器， Design of PLC-based control system for elevator ABSTRACT along with our countrys high-speed economic development, microelectronics technology, computer technology and automatic control technology also have developed rapidly, ac variable-frequency regulating speed technology has entered into a new era, with its used more and more widely. And as a modern high-rise buildings elevator vertical transportation, is closely related to peoples lives, as people to improve its request, elevator obtained fast development, the technology have to drag speed, its logic FM surge by PLC control also replace original relay control.The this machine control unit adoption carries on whole process a control to the machine by the programmable controller PLC of Mitsubishi company. The purpose of this paper is a combination of PLC , introduces the elevator control system structure and working principle, and focuses on the PLC in the elevator control system, and to use the Mitsubishi FX2-80MR PLC, OMRONs 3G2JV frequency devices and two-phase AC motor to design five-story elevator control system. The whole system passes PLC, logic control the electric circuit is to the rise and fall of elevator;Add, decelerate;Even layer;Start, make to move a control.Its structure is simple and circulate an efficiency, even layer accuracy, be easy to comprehension and control.
