E-business is widely used in the field of international trade. E-business had impacted on the international trade greatly. E-business can expand the geographical ranges of the international market, strengthen the intensive of the market, reduce the cost of products transporting, information transmission and the market risk. It can raise the trade chance. E-business had promoted the development of international trade. E-business impels a large number of small and medium enterprises to enter the international market. The force of sellers in international market was weakened. The buyer’s force was strengthened. The development of E-business can change market structure.
