脑卒中高危人群筛查与干预体会 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预方法。方法 对目标人群进行摸底登记，入户预约通知，设立筛查点进行集中式筛查，后期的查漏补缺。结果 我县脑卒中项目共完成初筛检查20091人，初筛任务完成率100.46%，完整初筛率100%；筛查出脑卒中高危人群3023人，高危人群检出率15.05%；脑卒中人数211人，卒中率1.05%，完成评估的高危人群数2937人，高危人群评估率97.16%，完成评估的脑卒中人数211人，脑卒中人评估率100%；完整筛查人数20005人，完整筛查率99.57%，颈动脉狭窄人数22人。结论 通过实施脑卒中项目工作，强化了政府领导对公共卫生是一项政府行为的认识，增进了医防之间的合作，探索了在慢性病领域医防一体的工作模式。 【关键词】 脑卒中；高危人群；筛查；干预 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the high risk population of stroke screening and intervention methods. Methods diagnostic registration to the target population， household appointment notice， the establishment of screening point for centralized screening， the gaps. The results of my county stroke project completed a total of 20091 screening， screening task completion rate of 100.46%， complete the screening rate 100%； screening out the high risk population of stroke in high-risk population 3023 people， the detection rate of 15.05%； the number of 211 stroke， stroke rate of 1.05%， completed the assessment of high-risk population the number of 2937， population at high risk assessment rate of 97.16%， the number of completed assessment of 211 stroke， stroke assessment rate of 100%； complete screening population 20005 people， complete the screening rate of carotid artery stenosis 99.57%， number 22. Conclusion in the stroke project work， strengthen the understanding of the leadership of the government is a government behavior on public health， enhance the cooperation between medical treatment and prevention of chronic diseases， in the field of medicine to prevent one work mode. 【key words 】 stroke； high risk population； screening； intervention 【中图分类号】R2 【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1005-0019（2013）12-0437-01 脑卒中是一组以脑组织缺血及出血性损伤症状为主要临床表现的急性脑血管病。目前，已成为我国国民第一位的死亡原因。我国脑卒中的发病率正以每年8.7%的速度上升。为控制脑卒中危害水平，延长高危人群平均寿命，提高高危人群生活质量和全民健康水平，财政部、卫生部设立了医改重大专项――脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预项目。为切实做好我县脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预试点项目工作，按照《卫生部办公厅关于印发脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预试点项目管理办法（试行）》（卫办疾控发〔2012〕275号）和《四川省脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预试点项目实施方案》的要求，我县积极组织、认真实施，圆满完成了省上下达的脑卒中项目工作，取得了较好地成效。现总结如下。 1 资料
