单孔胸腔镜和单操作孔胸腔镜 手术治疗自发性气胸的对比分析 吴正国，肖勇，农文贵，陶宏发，文喜陵，曹庆东1 （广东省深圳市松岗人民医院胸心外科，518105； 1广东省深圳市宝安区人民医院胸心外科，518100） 【摘要】：目的 探讨单孔胸腔镜手术（single pore VATS ，SPVATS）治疗自发性气胸(spontaneous pneumothorax，SP)的可行性和疗效。方法2010年7月—2013年7月，采用单孔胸腔镜手术治疗120例自发性气胸病人（S组），与同期采用单操作孔胸腔镜手术(Two pore VATS，TPVATS)治疗98例自发性气胸病人（T组）在住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量、胸管引流时间、切口长度、住院费用及术后24h胸壁切口处疼痛评分24h疼痛方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 单孔胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸是一种安全、有效、更微创、更美观的手术方式，值得推广。 【关键词】 ：单孔；胸腔镜；自发性气胸；? Methods ：From July 2010 to July 2013, 120 cases of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax using single pore VATS (group S) were treatmented, and 98 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax patients underwent two pore VATS (group T) were treatmented in the same period ，analysising the difference at the time of hospitalization, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, chest tube drainage time, length of incision, hospitalization expenses and 24h postoperative chest wall incision pain scores. Results ：120 patients treated with single pore VATS were successful, compared with two pore VATS treatment group, no significant difference in operation time, bleeding volume, chest tube drainage time, postoperative hospital stay, hospitalization expenses etc. (P 0.05), a statistically significant in the length of incision and postoperative pain differences (P 0.05). Conclusions ：The Single pore VATS for the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax is a safe, effective, minimally invasive operation, more beautiful, is worthy of promotion. 【Keyword
