LLDPE 聚合反应器冷凝态操作的模拟研究 李晓敏,于光认,陈晓春* (北京化工大学,北京100029) 摘要:建立了线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE )聚合反应器冷凝态操作的全混流模型,系统研究了冷凝剂含量、催化剂进料流 率和入口温度等对反应器行为的影响。结果表明,冷凝剂的加入极大提高了乙烯的单程转化率和聚乙烯反应器的时空收率, 冷凝剂含量和催化剂进料流率是影响聚乙烯产率的两个主要因素,而在操作条件允许的范围内,入口温度对聚乙烯产率的影 响相对较小。随着冷凝剂含量和催化剂进料流率的增加,聚乙烯产率增加,但同时也引起聚合物中灰分含量的增加,并导致 催化剂效率下降。 关键词:线性低密度聚乙烯,聚合反应器,冷凝态操作,流化床模拟 中图分类号:TQ018 Modeling of gas phase linear low density polyethylene fluidized-bed reactor Xiaomin li Guangren Yu Xiaochun Chen (College of Chemical Engineering, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing 100029, China) Abstract A continuous stirred tank model is proposed for describing the behavior of fluidized bed reactor for linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) production in condensing mode. Based on this model, the LLDPE product rate, catalyst activity and catalyst fraction in the polyethylene, and so on, are investigated in the article. The results show that the incorporation of condensing agent raises the conversion rate of ethylene and the space time yield (STY) of the reactor largely. It has been shown that the fraction of condensing agent and the catalyst feed rate are two main factors influencing the polymer yield. Along with the increase of the fraction of condensing agent and the catalyst feed rate, the polymer yield increases accordingly, and the fraction of catalyst in polymer increases resulting the drop of catalyst activity.
