552 实用放射学杂志 1999 年 9 月第 15 卷第 9 期 正常肺动脉分支直径 C T 测量 △ 朱友志 　易习i 之 　　摘要 　目的:在 CT 像上测量正常肺动脉分支直径并探讨其准确测量的可能性 。方法 :选 10 1 例正常成人 ,在常规静脉注射碘 造影剂后 10 s 立即自隆突层面开始以5 mm 层厚连续动态扫描至下肺静脉水平 ;分别在各持有特定参考标志的 CT 层面测量肺动 脉大分支直径 。结果 :左 、右肺动脉及左 、右叶间动脉直径依次为 17 . 7 ±1. 9 mm , 16 . 7 ±2 . 0 mm , 13 . 5 ±1. 6 mm , 11. 9 ±1. 5 mm , ( ) 左 、右肺动脉直径与年龄呈非常显著正相关 P 0 . 0 1 。结论 :CT 是测量肺动脉分支直径的可靠方法 。 关键词 　肺动脉 　断层摄影 ,X 线计算机 　测量 The CT Measurement of the Diameter of Pul monary Artery in Healthy Adults Zh u Youz hi 　Yi X iz hi Dep art m en t of R adiology , The S econ d Af f il iated Hosp it al , t he Th ree M il t ary M edical Univers ity , Chongqi ng 　630038 　　ABSTRACT 　Objective :To measure t he diameter of devisions of pulmonary artery in healt hy adult s on CT images and to evaluate t he prop atilit y of correct measure . Methods :There were totall 10 1 cases of healt hy adult s. The continual dynamic CT scans after 10 seconds of t he introvenous inj ectian of contrast medium were routinely done at 5 mm intevals and 5 mm slices from carial section to t he lever of inferior pulmonary vein branches . The diameter of pulmonary artery were measured on slices wit h precise landmarks. Results :The left pulmonary artery and it s interlobe artery were 17 . 7 ±1. 9 mmand 13 . 5 ±1. 6 mm resp ectively in diameter . The right pulmonary artery and it s inter lobe artery were 16 . 7 ±2 . 0 mm and 11. 9 ±1. 5 mm resp ectively in diameter . The diameter of left and right pulmonary artery was signifi cantly correlated wit h age postitively ( P 0 . 0 1) . Conclusion
