摘 要 我国的汽车行业，特别是发动机行业的发展还存在的很大的问题，那就是自主开发能力弱，引进多、模仿多、拥有自主知识产权的少 Abstract Chinese automobile?industry, especially?the development of?the engine?industry has many big problems, That is?the weak?capacity of?independent development, with more introduction?, more?imitation and less?independent intellectual property rights?. In 2002, for example, 85% of new cars are all rely on technological introduction and joint ventures development. Among them, the engine technology is the core of auto technology, Chinas auto independent development is largely limted by the development of engine. Through the patent analysis of engine, we can understand more clearly about Chinese engine condition. First of all, based on the experience of other patent analysis select appropriate analysis method, through the patent database of the State Intellectual Property Office,we can search the engine patent information and arrange the patent information. Then, based on the applicant, regional, technical content, etc, with different contrast method,to statistics and analysis the patent information data of engine,and draw some conclusions. Finally, through the analysis of the patent conclusion to reveal the overall development status and patent technology development situation of Chinese automobile engine industry, the paper summarizes the characteristics of engine patent out our engine industry, facing problems,and proposes some suggestions and opinions and more conducive to competition of intellectual property rights strategy. This paper research work for future more in-depth analysis of engine patents laid a preliminary theoretical and practical basis.
