摘 要

Pure electric automobile brake and
its components design
Abstract
Automobile braking system has the function of making the travelling vehicles slow down or stop, travelling downhill stabilitily, and maintaining this state. Braking has direct impact on the safety of travelling and the reliability of parking.
The auto emissions to environment pollution, zero discharge of the growing of the electric car research has become inevitable. The braking system of the car assembly as an important part of the role, it should not be ignored. A performance brake excellent braking system, electric car, in addition to it have better safety outside, still can regenerate energy, improve through electric cars trip mileage.
This thesis is to design and calculate Pure electric automobile brake and its components design which are composed by brakes and brake-driven institutions, so this paper analysis two aspects. One hand, I determine the initial size of the brake according to the data of this vehicle, then use MATLAB software for the size optimization making the brake’s efficiency factor smallest under various constraints conditions. After getting the optimized data, I use CATIA software to br hand, to design and compute the brake-driven institutions which is composed by vehicular uild 3D mode, then, for editing 2D engineering drawing, the qualified model is output into the software of AutoCAD by the CATIA’s engineering graphics output function. On the othebraking system, emergency braking system and stopping braking system; Lastly, drawing Brake principle diagram.
