摘要 本设计以提高锅炉热效率、减少有害物质的排放为目的，结合已学专业知识及个人见解，综合考虑了排烟温度、空气过量系数、最大连续蒸发量、运行操作等主要因素设计计算了一台2008t/h锅炉风烟系统。 根据理论和实践经验，为了保证锅炉风烟系统的安全可靠。首先，合理设计了空机预热器，使烟气所带能量得到充分利用；其次，合理配置了一次风机、二次风机、引风机，便于燃料的充分燃烧及烟道的通风流畅；再者，合理设计了烟囱、除尘器，便于减少火电厂对人们生活坏境的污染。 设计中通过合理布置一次风机、二次风机、引风机来减小烟道的阻力，并通过布置空气预热器有效利用了烟风的能量。采用了除尘器、合理的烟囱降低了对环境的污染，在选定材料及一些设计参数数据后，进行了烟囱高度计算和烟风阻力计算，并通过校核计算使之符合要求。 在整个设计过程中，参阅了国、内外的相关资料，并进行了英文资料的翻译，通过向老师请教以及和同学的探讨，就设计内容有了更深入的认识与理解，对感兴趣的问题进行了专门研究并逐一解决。 关键词：风烟系统；空气预热器；除尘器；锅炉风机； Abstract This design to improve thermal efficiency, reduce the emission of harmful substance for the purpose, combined with the professional knowledge and personal opinions, considering the exhaust temperature, air excessive coefficient, maximum continuous evaporation, operation etc., the main factor was calculated 2008t a design/h boiler auxiliaries. Adopted precipitator, reasonable chimneys reduces the pollution to the environment, the selected materials and some design parameters, the data calculated and the height of the chimney smoke wind resistance calculation, and through the check calculation to comply with the requirements.
