In this study, the authors investigated and analyzed factors affecting the qualified rate, made plans and improvement measures, then carried out plans and evaluated the effects finally. By using PDCA cycle, they implemented Continuous Quality Improvements on every aspect including brace wearing, innovation of the appliance, rehabilitation equipment, exercise places, training graphics, health education methods, evaluation and feedback. They increased the qualified rate of rehabilitation training from 49.66% to 70.83%.
